All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for smaller orders and 2 or more weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) for larger orders after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

IN-STORE PICKUP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pick up at Twisted Edge Sign Studio Inc. 1202 8 Street Bay 16. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at check out, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 2 to 5 days unless unless otherwise specified. When we email you that your order is ready for pickup along with instructions.
Our in-store pick up hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please have your order confirmation email when you come.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping rates are calculated through Canada Post.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available for you.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@twistededgess.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, and if the item is unused and in its original condition and not a custom item, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
